History of A Company

The Trailer Depot, started in 1995 by Steve Duhamel, has been committed to providing Connecticut with the highest quality service and with trailers, parts and accessories from only the most reputable trailer manufacturers.  In addition to the custom car and horse trailers, livestock, motorcycle, landscape, ATV, snowmobile, equipment and utility trailers in stock, they also carry and install a large supply of hitches, plows and truck accessories. The Trailer Depot can outfit just about any truck or trailer to fit the needs of their customers.

Michael Duhamel, Steve’s son, and Kelli Brosnan, Steve’s daughter, along with Sean Brosnan, Steve’s son-in-law, took over the reins of The Trailer Depot in December, 2000. 

Michael and his family own a horse farm and his two boy’s raise and show beef cattle. While Kelli and Sean’s family are diehard drag racers and their oldest out of 3 boys is now becoming a Jr drag racer. Despite their difference in hobbies they are a tight knit family, whose wide variety of interests relates well with their diverse customer base.
