The Trailer Depot is a family owned business since 1978. We pride ourselves in our ability to find or custom design the perfect trailer for you, whether it's a landscape trailer off of our lot of a custom designed mobile command center.

If you need a custom trailer, we will work with you to custom design a trailer to your exact specifications. In fact, we have an impressive portfolio of custom trailers; everything from mobile arcades to restaurant trailers. Whether you need just a couple of serving windows or a boat upholstery workshop on wheels, we have a thorough design process and lots of ideas to make your trailer extremely functional and look great doing it! If you can’t make it down to pick up your trailer, we can deliver your trailer nearly anywhere in the world!

Used Trailers, Trade-In trailers & Rentals

Do you already own a trailer and want to sell it?  The Trailer Depot will take your trailer as a trade-in towards a trailer purchase. We can also sell your trailer for you on consignment – a great way for you to benefit from our marketing and the exposure from our customers. For questions or a ballpark trade-in quote, please send photos of each side of the your trailer and all the information on the VIN tag to mike@thetrailerdepot.com. We also have many rental trailers available for daily, weekly or monthly rental.

We carry only the best brand names like Aluma, Big Tex, CM, Featherlite, Cam Superline, Sundowner, Eclipse, Sure-Trac, and ATC.  We also have powder coated truck beds from CM. In addition, for snow removal needs, we carry Western Plows and Sanders and Ice-o-way Sanders.  We have financing options too.

Complete Parts, Service & Maintenance Center

When it comes to customer service, our parts and service department is known as the best in Connecticut.  We offer a wide variety of trailer, RV, plow and sander parts, truck accessories and diesel performance products.  In addition, we install Class 1 through 4 hitches as well as gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches, plus all your electrical needs from wiring to brake controllers.  We can service your trailer, plow and sander. Whether you require a quick fix or custom welding, we are here to help you.
